TESTIMONIALS
“Sara has been an incredible support for me on my breastfeeding journey. She first helped me when I was exhausted, emotionally fragile and painful with damaged nipples and difficulties feeding my newborn. Within even just the first consultation, Sara’s professional skills and warm, comforting bedside manner gave me a sense of calm, plus some important skills and perhaps most important; the confidence that yes, I could be successful breastfeeding. I have been so grateful for her services and highly recommend.”

“Sara is a super star and an absolute fantastic LC. If you’d like to have someone that is caring, extremely thoughtful and knowledgeable to help you through your breastfeeding journey, then look no further. Sara is like a friend and the most important support system in this super challenging but also incredible experience of the breast feeding journey. She helped me with my second baby, just goes to show it’s not like riding a bike at all times and okay to ask for help. Thank you Sara!”

“I’ve worked with Sara for about the last 10 weeks now, having first met with her for Antenatal education.
Sara has been instrumental to my breastfeeding journey, having been the only one to pick up on my babies oral ties. Since having them rectified, and with Sara's advice, guidance and support, things are looking really positive and I’ve been able to now start moving away from triple feeding, and pretty much exclusively pumping. Sara has been such a kind and friendly face, always there to answer any questions throughout this fourth trimester and I was so glad to have her as part of my village. Thank you for everything!”

Special Interest in Oral Restrictions and Feeding Challenges
I have a personal and professional passion for supporting families whose babies experience feeding difficulties related to oral restrictions—often referred to as tongue ties. This interest stems from my own journey as a mother, having navigated these challenges with both of my boys.
To deepen my understanding and enhance the care I provide, I have completed advanced training through the Tongue Tie Institute, including the Foundation Course and the Advanced Course – Infants and Toddlers. These courses have equipped me with the skills and knowledge to identify oral restrictions and support families through their feeding journeys with evidence-based, compassionate care.
